Santanu is a Seattle-based technology leader who helps CEOs and Executive Directors of nonprofits scale their organizations. Santanu works with individuals (nonprofit leaders) as well as non-profit institutions across the globe. He brings over 20 years of corporate leadership experience in diverse roles, including Product Management, Product Marketing, and Software Development, as well as experience in working with companies such as Microsoft, DoorDash, and Cognizant Technologies.

Santanu has been actively involved with multiple non-profits, serving on the Boards of some and on advisory councils for many others. He started Growth Syllabus with the express goal of helping non-profits grow capacity, bring rigor into their operations, and translate for-profit best practices into the nonprofit domain.

Santanu holds an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, a Master's in Computer Applications from Jadavpur University, India, and a Bachelors of Science in Statistics from Presidency University, Kolkata.
